This isn't exactly on topic (but on 4chan, is anything ever on topic), but organic peanut oil can supposedly be far more hazardous than the more highly processed non-organic peanut oil.

The little processing done to organic peanut oil means that it will still have its allergens while the highly processed peanut oil will generally be pretty much free of allergens. It may have a few, but not nearly as much as organic peanut oil.

The trick to ''purist'' pizza is using better ingredients instead of what you'd ordinarily use. Instead of using regular tomatoes, you go for San Marzano or similar, instead of ''mozzarella'' you go for actual mozzarella, etc. It turns a meat delivery device into something else: really good cheesy tomato bread.
