I liked to spread raw mince on saltines for a snack every once and awhile.

>> No.15640640

>>15640627
nice stuff anon, try removing the saltine cracker next time and instead replace it with cheese or something the like. or just try the raw mince by itself.

did you grind it yourself? the supermarket mince isnt that good

>> No.15640646

>>15640640
I do like it on it's own and have enjoyed it with cheese but really it's more of a comfort food. My gramps and I used to munch on them when I would go visit as a teenager and the salty cracker texture really does enhance the meat. I haven't bought meat from a supermarket in about a decade, I'm luck enough to live near a slaughterhouse that has it's own little butcher shop.

You're literally fucking over what Homo erectus has been doing for 1 million years. That's not natural, that's regression. Cook your meat.

you have salmonella all over your skin already anon, you didnt get it from undercooked duck. you may have got food poisoning if the duck was unhealthy before it was killed though, unless it was muscle meat and therefore theres pretty much zero way you could've got food poisoning from muscle meat.

did you eat the duck with potatos or veg or anything or was it just by itself, its highly likely that it was anything else but the duck lol

Raw meat and veganism are for mentally ill people

>> No.15640710

>>15640707
you're right about raw meat being FOR mentally ill people. it's definitely FOR them, because it cures mental illness.

veganism however causes mental illness.

>> No.15640741

Cooked meat tastes better ya dingus and is still nutritionally optimal. Don't eat raw because you suck at cooking.

>everything in the modern world is too easy to eat and thus over indulge
>here lets get restrictive as fuck and make it harder and less palatable to get enough calories
>why am I losing weight? I feel euphoric!

While there are a lot of sensible take home messages around paleo, slow food, even raw or fermented meat consumption the 'scene' is infested with retards hopped up on the mad energy of the recently converted.

>I felt my life was somewhat out of control
>I took control of something minor
>I feel in control for the first time
>I feel great and it MUST be the raw meat

Just eat less. Eat higher quality produce. Generally avoid nutritionally empty calories. Have fun winning.

Cooking meat destroys nutrients and natural enzymes that would help digest the meat better, and it's carcinogenic.

Doesn't taste better either, why do you think everyone says medium rare / rare steaks taste better and they crave the fuckin pink center?

illeterate anon detected, re-read what i said. you don't get sick from the salmonella on your skin at all dumbass its a symbiote, your body literally needs it.

salmonella on poultry isnt any fucking different. i've ate raw chicken about 20 times in my life and never became ill since i quit vegetables and grains, suck my nuts

>> No.15641021

Lol because the contrast of texture between crisp outside and rare inside. Humans crave food with crisp exteriors and soft interiors.

you're right, its more like how we used to take bites fresh out of dead animals and the meat we would consume would be warm and have an outer layer of skin.

still doesnt matter because cooking meat is generally extremely inferior and quite frankly fucking retarded. yeah dude im just gonna destroy my food before i eat it?

>inb4 its "pre-digesting" your food!

Literal retard. Cooking meat makes it easier to digest and the nutrients more bioavailable. Also raw meat tastes like shit.

I don't know how long you think this practice lasted, but why do you suppose people started cooking their meat to begin with if raw meat was so beneficial?
