El Yucateco is the best hot sauce. Valentina Extra Hot, Cholula, and Tapatio are great too. Frank;s Xtra hot is ok, but regular Frank's is trash. Regular Tabasco and Crystal are shit too.

I've only had Tabasco and Louisiana from that pic. You literally use it when you want to spice up a dish without significantly altering any other flavours. Caring about the taste is just asinine.

Valentina, Cholula, Crystal, and Marie Sharp's are my go-to sauces. Tabasco has some applications too. Tapatio is good but Valentina is better imo.

Anyone try this? It's like a superior version of Frank's Red Hot. They had a bottle at my local dollar tree. (For non-Americans, that's a store where everything costs $1) I wasn't expecting to like it but it's my favorite. Then I found out there was some kind of shortage and this stuff was going for $7 at other stores, so I went back to the dollar tree and bought a bunch.

It's basically the same as Louisiana hot sauce, also Crystal is another cheap version of the same thing. They're all good for when you want a vinegary sauce. Also dollar tree isn't always a good deal. Some stuff is worth more than $1, other significantly less. For example your sauce. The big bottle of Crystal is like $1.25 at most stores and is more than twice the size. You gotta discriminate about your purchases at dollar tree if you actually want a good deal. Also they sell the xxl burritos for $1 but they're literally smaller and less calories than the same xxl burritos at walmart lol.
