I find putting it into a curry instead of ghee works pretty good.
Some of the flavours are masked by the strong curry spices and the weed flavour that does make it through kind of compliments the curry.
Also, weed kicking in whilst you're eating a curry that's burning your face off is nearly a religious experience

Make some kind of pasta dish and at the very end finish the pasta with a pad of butter while the noodles are still hot
