Why choose just one? I like Cholula on eggs, Tabasco in some of my southern recipes or on hash, and Pico Pica on tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and, oddly, breakfast sandwiches.

If I want anything hotter than that, I'm getting the heat through chiles (jalapeno, serrano, bird's eye, or habaneros) instead of sauce. Anything beyond those starts to get into the un-fun territory for me.
