yeah but most people just buy the generic

>>15513818
no the best are unbranded eggs you stole from your neighbor's chickens

What are generic eggs? Even the store brand eggs are branded.

pretty good eggs man
there's some other egg brand out there, wilson farms maybe? I don't remember except by carton appearance but I make sure not to buy them because the shells and yolks are fragile and thin. One time I tried cracking one and the shell just fucking shattered all over, the egg just slipping through the crack between my oven and the counter. a nightmare

Eggs are eggs.

Not much taste difference but much better nutrients. Crack brand OP posted next to something like eggland or generic brand and cheaper brand will be more neon yellow while more expensive will be a darker dandelion type yellow due to more nutrient density

Any of you real eggheads eat eggs uncracked? Seems like it must be a great ceramic tier mouthfeel

I've got them a couple times and haven't been blown away. They are better than 99cent styrofoam eggs, but seem to be the same quality as the next tier up at like $2-3 a dozen. Fuck these being like $5-6, you can get farm fresh for that price if you are willing to drive to a place that has them.

Three things you can notice without a lab:
1. Shell thickness.
2. Color.
3. Yolk tastes more.

Plenty of expensive or more costly eggs are no different to the cheapest you can find. Try the eggs you have acces to in order and snap a photo and write down some notes when you eat them. Then compare and make a choice if you care a lot about eggs. If not, just try them and remember which one you think you liked the best.
