This is the way to do it. I recently let a friend stay with me to help him out and it's been one of the biggest mistakes of my adult life. I'll be kicking him out this month and then I'll clean my kitchen and wake up to a clean kitchen and it'll be fucking wonderful.

I am supprised there isnt a youtube channel called bachelor chow that is essentialy devoted to this kind of topic. It would probably get lots of engagement even if the views were low.

Pasta, pb&j, any easy soup, deli sandwiches, etc. Stuff you can make with a stove and minifridge

Truckers get to be isolated for 22 hours a day. More if you're determined.

Many trucks have 110 volt inverters and refrigerators.
I can usually whip up a batch of rice and steamed vegetables in the electric lunchbox, then fry a steak on the foreman griddle once I get stopped.

Introversion isn't a drawback in the trucking industry. Pack a few books or watch videos on your unlimited data plan.

Just to let you know if you actually do get evicted it will be nearly impossible to rent from anyone who isnt a slumlord, I worked at a real estate management firm during college and one of the first things I was taught during training was to immediately reject applications if the background check showed an eviction. We approved people with felonies if they had decent credit but an eviction took them out of consideration entirely.

I have my own place, so I dont need to worry, only when I go to the store to interact with people, although I do much less due to COVID. I swear, COVID has been a blessing for me besides the fact that Ive been drinking more and gained 15lbs last year.

I spent the last year in college cooking out of a shitty 20 dollar rice cooker my parents gave me so I could avoid my roommates.
One of them kept burning plastic spatulas to all the burners on our stove so badly they had to get it replaced, then burned plastic to the new stove so whenever you turned it on you were asphyxiating.
I used to make anything from soups to curries in it, and used it as a makeshift hot plate to fry things too.

There are plenty of apartments in the United States for under $500 a month. If you don’t mind living in chicongo or Detroit you can get a house for under $500 a month.
