Too many toppings, all that extra weight and water stops the dough from cooking properly and that much shit on it means that you can't taste any individual ingredient, with pizza less is more and the sweet spot is about 3 different toppings

just anchovy on a classic neopolitan pizza is pretty damned solid
one of the strangest pizzas i've ever had was a bengali place that did detroit style deep dish, it had dried shrimp, roasted garlic, onions, and a spicy fish paste. it was really good, but it was an incredibly strong flavor.
