i always get a half and half "Mafia" and Samurai" sauce at my local belgain style fry shop and then end he bag with salt and vinegar because the amount of sauce is slightly short of what would be needed for the full serving.

mafia is a spicy but not hot mayo with toamto, samurai is a full on chilli mayo

otherwise i like just going tsatziki on any type of fried up taters
