For me, its giant eagle for all basic staples because they give me fuel discounts, and stops to whole foods or the local butcher whenever I need more specialty items

Wegmans is by far the best in terms of quality, its what Whole Foods tries to act like. I like Trader Joes for the prices on their self brand stuff

I shop all over, but mostly Trader Joes and local Norcal chains like Raleys and Nugget. Whole foods does have some legit beer distro tho.

I unironically love WF’s fresh meat/fish/produce.
Quality and selection are very good, and the pricing isn’t unreasonable. (Packaged foods are where they charge a kidney; fresh stuff isn’t bad).

It’s a good option for people who don’t live in a city with legit fresh/greenmarkets.

I worked at wegmans for 2 years and I can say it's a great place to work, even part time.

Occasionally I have to go to Whole Foods to grab an item my usual grocery is out of, and every time the vibes in this place are weird as fuck.

The clientele are mostly whites like me, and a few Asians but they all neurotic and paranoid, yet snooty wack jobs. I think they have broken their brains by consooming non-stop emotionally manipulative propaganda, even their "non-political" entertainment is actually deranged subversive trash laced with barbed social messages.

I hate to say it but there are so many whites out there who are totally neurotic and permanently brainfucked, but they think they are better for it.
