So I had an idea.

Make chicken fettuccine alfredo, and really rich too. Using wine in the chicken marinade and alfeedo sauce, pecorino cheese, and lots of fresh roasted garlic.

Put it in a Chinese takeout box and provide chop sticks. Then sell from a truck.

Fucks up production to have varying ingredients.

Good white bread, good creamy PB, and grape jelly for $2 a pop. Having 9001 grain bread, crunchy almond butter, and dragon fruit jelly would be dead inventory.

If your whole gimmick is "it's in a Chinese takeout box and you eat it with chop sticks" that's fucking stupid and it'll confuse people. It also isn't any more convenient than the kind of flip top box and fork something like that would be served from in a truck right now.
Plus, the large size flip top box would provide surface area for the heavy, messy Alfredo sauce to go. Rather than all over the diner, which is what will happen with a tiny Chinese takeout box.
