Just because they don't drink doesn't mean they want some sugary cocktail. I stopped drinking (alcoholic) and with a meal I wouldnt dream of drinking pop or some nonsense. Sparkling water is my vice. Get a couple litres (gallons in murrican) and when you serve drinks or whatever also offer sparkling water like its part of the meal, not implying that the person who doesnt drink is consuming it exclusively.

Also, ginger beer is nice, the kind thats spicy.
