Why aren't there more "adult" oriented energy drink flavors? Monster has the "Monster Mule" which is ginger and lime and that's easily the best energy drink flavor I've ever had, like, easily.

Why aren't there floral energy drinks? And root based energy drinks? I wanna see more energy rootbeers and energy gingerbeers and energy lavender sodas and rose tonics. We have all these flavor syrups available as a species, we can basically pump anything full of caffeine and creatine or whatever the fuck. So why does every energy drink have to be vaguely Mountain Dew flavored? I understand how, from a marketing perspective, it's easier to sell POWERTHIRST or whatever, but SURELY there's a market for like "crisp great taste of light juniper berry mixed with ginseng and caffeine."

Monster's energy blend tastes citrus-y so they lean into it when designing flavors. Energy ginger beer would kick ass but it's not the most chuggable flavor so convincing Monster it's worth making would be rough.

Back when COVID first started to become a thing I was looking at buying a distillation setup to make distilled water in case of societal collapse, but I couldn't find reliable info on how to remineralize it - I saw something that said 1tbsp of pink salt to 1L distilled water will work but have no idea if that's bullshit or not.
