hm. it's okay. but could be better. the main issue is the liquid from the chicken makes the vegetables steam rather than roast which is why they look mediocre. you also have wildly different sizes, giant potatoes that take an age to cook with small chunks of onion that will burn on the outside. the capsicum didn't get much colour and it's probably a soggy mess from the liquid.
>tips
if you do roast potato then cut them into big chunks, stick into a boiling saucepan for 7 minutes
when you drain toss them around in the strainer so they get rough edges
coat in some oil, salt & pepper, put them into their own roasting tray.
temp a pre-heated 180c, roast them for 30 minutes, turn, then another 30 minutes.
the onions and capsicum you shouldn't need more than 20 minutes with, just add to the potato tray towards the end.
the chicken looks okay but you should be able to get a more crisp skin on top, with 5 to 10 minutes of 220c heat right at the end of the cooking process.

also get rid of that glass shit. there's a reason why no professional kitchen or pro chef ever uses them. there is a significant risk of them exploding especially if you're using american glassware.
find a local restaurant/hospitality supply store and pick up some stainless steel pots & pans. this is what literally every pro kitchen uses. it might be more expensive but you don't need many and they'll last years if not decades.
