It's so fucking gross. Mystery meat with an overly sweet sauce that tastes like crap. The bun is awful too, kind of dry and doughy at the same time, but that will vary depending on location. The pickles are sloppy and worthless. Absolutely the worst thing I've had at McDonald's, and i got a mcchicken that was raw in the middle one time.

Walmart used to carry Fast Fixin' ribs, saran wrapped on yellow containers like pic related.

It was far better than the McRib ever was, but I havent seen them in 10-15 years. Ive tried the all the other ones in the frozen isle from other brands, none of them compare to the Fast Fixin' ones.
