honestly mustard is more reliable, to me. even among the pretzel stands in the mall, the cheeses differ wildly. you'd think it'd be standard Rico's Nacho cheese, but no! Auntie Anne's has this tangy little cheese-flavored mayo kind of thing and it's pretty bad.
