Grill some chorizo in one pan, get another pan heated on full.
Put the grilled chorizo in the melted cheese and turn the heat on high for the now empty pan.
Fold the tortilla over.
Put the folded tortilla in the oily pan and put the hot empty pan on top to grill both sides for about thirty seconds.
If you want to get even grease on both sides just flip the tortilla before you taking it out.

It's not a bad idea but microwave is not the tool. Get one of these. So much room for creativity here. Cheap lunch meat up to sliced steak. Cheap salsa up to hand chopped in season tomatos. Ripped up cheese singles to hand grated whatever cheese floats your boat.
