I ate ~half a bag of jalapeño potato chips at 8 o'clock this morning. Haven't eaten since. It's just so difficult. It's cold in my house so I have to be in the cold air if I want to cook. I don't really have anything I like to eat. I tried some new hummus and it's gross but since hummus is like 1/2 of my meals that means I have to eat gross hummus or go hungry. I wish I didn't have to eat food.

just make plain white rice and put some shitty sauce you like on it

Hmmmm. That's not a bad idea. But I don't have any sauce. I have Grey poupon. I have some very dry cilantro-lime rice in the fridge, if it hasn't gone moldy. If I can reach a sweater from my bed, it might not be too cold to get up and investigate.

sounds like you need a hug, make some japanese curry. it's easy to make and comfy when you're chilly

>> No.14833925

>>14833906
I don't have curry paste. Hug would be appreciated. I don't know, hunger makes me think about all of my other problems. It's difficult to remind myself that they're not related. In fact, by making me less fat, hunger helps me with most of my other problems. But it feels like I'm all alone when I'm hungry, without that protective shell of food to digest.

Steal some food what have you got to lose?
Even if you get caught they'll put you in a warm cell cell and feed you three meals a day. Plus coffee in the morning

Are you depressed?

Forcing myself to cook helps me from not putting this (Mossberg 500 with a 28 inch barrel) in my mouth and blowing my brains out
Made a hearty little American goulash tonight which sounds like slop but it was incredible for how cold it is. I live in WNC and it’s really chilly here.
I’m trans btw

I mean, I have enough money to buy food, if it came to that. But I'd have to drive to town, and I don't have a lot of money, and even in town there's nothing I can think of that I really like. Sorry if it came off like "I have no food". Just none that I like. And making it takes effort.

What do you mean nothing you like you have to like something?
What about some pepper-crusted pastrami lunch meat how about some corned beef with Swiss and mustard on rye. What do you intend to do just stop eating until you starve to death?

>> No.14834004

Gonna be honest man, I hate eating too.

I've got wheat sandwich bread, some leftover cilantro lime rice that might be moldy, some bourbon BBQ potato chips that are pretty gross, some pretzels, string cheese, hummus with weird gross herbs in it, stale tortillas, some fancy frozen tater tots, and all the normal spices and condiments you'd expect in an average fridge.
My last few meals have been potato based. Potato chips this morning, just fries from Wendy's the night before, those fancy tots before that, the other half of the bag of potato chips. I'd like a real meal. There might be some pasta and garlic and stuff lying around, if the garlic hasn't rotted through. But I eat that 2-4 times per week and I'm pretty sick of it.
>>14833969
Goulash sounds good. I'm not "gonna kill myself" depressed. If somebody brought me like a warm meal that I liked to eat, I would be happy. Sucks about your hormones, friend.

I don't eat meat, which is gonna be what the thread is about now I'm sure but it was gonna come up sooner or later. So that disqualifies all restaurants in mh town other than the Mexican joint that has mushroom chimichangas, and I don't have the money for restaurant food anyway. There are probably things I like at the store, but it'll take some doing to cook any of it. There aren't any ready-made meals I can get that aren't ~$4 for 500 calories and not very good anyway. I can't eat stuff like frozen pizza because my housemate has celiacs and we don't put gluten in the oven or on the stove.
>>14834004
Right? I'd be willing to give up eating if I could get all nutrition without doing anything and not feel hungry. Like, I'd be willing to just cut desire for food and consumption of it out of my life entirely.

you are too stuupid to be vegetarian, you have premium frozen tater tots and gluten free flour and no idea how to feed yourself

being vegetarian is hard because you have to make up for the nutrients you are missing
i have a better vegetarian diet than you and i eat meat
you should be eating a lot of beans, beans have protein, not just hummus. If you like hummus try soaking some chickpeas overnight, boiling them uintil soft and then baking them on high with lots of olive oil and butter and spices like cumin, pepper, paprika and herbs like hyme, oregano and parsley
learn to make soups, all you need is a pot and a blender, learn o make polenta
incoprorate some nuts into your diet, keep a jar of no shit added peanut butter around, you can make easy sauce with it for pasta, roasted vegetables or salads
keep vegetables around, stir frys are easy and filling meals, buy a stir fry sauce if you are lazy, get a tube of curry paste and some coconut milk
you are going to starve yourself eating like ou do because your body isnt getting nutrition.
Im not goin o give you shit for being vegetarian but im going to give you shit for being shit at being a vegetarian, if you cant manage my lis then you are clearly not prepared
