Are we talking e-celeb or irl celeb, if it's irl then I'm going with Emeril Lagasse. When I was a kid I was fortunate enough to be able to attend a promotional cooking even he was doing. At this event he was making food and showing the audience how to make it for themselves, he then started making sort of samples for the audience to try, me and my mom shared this sample we were given and after tasting this dish he had prepared infront of is which was like this pasta dish with a white sauce that wasn't Alfredo but something different, I can't for the life of me remember at this moment but I digress. This culmination of food making, his charisma, and the being able to taste the dish made me star struck and got me into cooking with my mom at a young age, and I suppose it has stuck because I still enjoy cooking and have recently started baking.
