Normally it's ajitsuke tango, a runny egg seasoned for a couple of days in soy sauce, sake and mirin + optionally dashi and/or miso and/or tonkotsu broth and/or tare depending on the soup base it's being served with. Never seen a fucking hard boiled white egg in ramen. 100% the people who run that place aren't japanese.

Associating certain foods with certain meals is a total marketing meme. I eat bacon and eggs for any meal I want. Eggs are in plenty of foods you probably don't eat for breakfast, especially baked goods.
Plus ramen eggs are marinated overnight in chink sauce, so it's not just a straight up plain boiled egg.

eggs are nutritious as fuck, and their protein absorbs slowly. great for breakfast to get to work, great before bed for muscle recovery.

cereal and pancakes are garbage at any time, but especially breakfast, fucking tanking your HGH and you're liable for a sugar crash as well. they should be desserts, really. I guess in countries other than the US pancake-like items are usually reserved as a dessert afaik

Americans have no idea how bad it really is. No one in china knows what the fuck beef and broccoli is or sweet and sour pork. Chinese food is disgusting. Literally the worst parts to eat of any animal. Makes sense because chinks are the race of humans closest to animals. They make disgusting noises when they eat, slurp everything, men in the streets lift their fucking wife beaters over their sweaty stomachs while laughing and chewing with their mouths full of food. Like what kind of idiot decided 2 sticks is the most practical way to eat grains of fucking rice. Starving Nigerians who eat grass have a better diet than the average chinese.
