kind of. I've microdosed ALD-25 and 1p-LSD, and you will definitely notice increased energy and things in general seem more interesting. A big problem is tolerance: even at sub-psychedelic doses, you get exponentially diminishing returns unless you wait a week or so between doses.
Its definitely not going to make you superhuman in any capacity, those Silicon Valley soibois popularizing it to normans are either exaggerating the benefits or just making up bullshit.
Also, i really wouldn't recommend doing this mushrooms or catci. Its really easy to over- or undershoot a desired microdose when you are just guessing on the concentration of active drug in your plant matter.

DMT can be cooked down from phalaris grass I believe, in a relatively simple process. Far, FAR simpler than trying to cook LSD. As far as I know, phalaris isn't even illegal. You could probably seed your front lawn with it and make DMT from your yard clippings. You'd probably have weird chemical odors coming out of your garage that your neighbor will notice,though.

Taking a micro-dose is only a meme when you plan to drive the kids to school then go into the office for a work day. Two ways to easily consume them.
1. Chop up finely and make a tea out of it. Avoid high heat as that causes them to lose potency. This method is my favorite because you don't get the stomach ache you normally would.
2. Chop up or preferably, grind them into a powder. Proceed to pour molten chocolate over the shrooms, let it rest for a bit and then freeze them. You now have magic mushroom chocolate bars.
