My dear burgers, there is this little unknown dish called "pastel azteca" (aztec cake) or "pastel de tortilla" (tortilla cake). it is like a lasagna, but with mexican ingredients, no need to roll anything, no need to make enchiladas wrong when pastel azteca exists and you can make it right
