I own a spice cabinet, I don't need powerful hot sauce. I like franks red hot, it goes great in stew and rice but I don't like it with things like eggs. I'd rather have something like tobasco or taco bell sauce for eggs or salsa instead of hot sauce. You should try eating french toast with salsa it's great.

I don't own hot sauce, I have crystalline capsaicin, and capsaicin paste for dishes that need spice

I think the hottest hot sauce in the house right now is sriracha. Usually if I need anything hotter than that it means busting stuff out of the spice cabinet or getting actual peppers.
