I made and "plated" it on cast iron. Split it in half and put on smaller plates so my little bro and I could eat it. It was just boxed mix and and premade shit. Nothing fancy.

It clearly says breyers on the carton. The hershey's chocolate syrup isn't unforgivable but I definitely wouldn't use it on anything aside from ice cream. buy some higher quality chocolate sauce from the coffee aisle and you will be happier. the only issue you'll find compared to the hershey stuff is that it gets quite thick when cooled and you need to refrigerate after opening.

don't get upset I'm sure you enjoyed the brownies just buy different chocolate syrup when you eventually go through the hersheys and also don't buy breyer's anything. don't buy anything that has to put "frozen dairy product" on the carton like breyer's. friendly's doesn't look bad at first glance on a google search so it could probably be fine.

I didn't realize you used the CI as plating and not how you cooked it. not bad really but I don't know a whole lot about plating ice cream with brownies and sauce. I assume you want to preheat the bottom dish and put brownies and fudge into it and then ice cream/whipped cream goes on top and you have to eat it before it normalizes. If you're plating in it I'd at least pre heat it a little bit so it's not just a cold pan against brownies. Fudge sauce would probably a be lot better than chocolate drizzle, do brownies then fudge sauce then ice cream/whipped cream and whatever toppings and then you can keep the cold ingredients on top of the hot ones
