I work in a shipping factory and I'm the guy who does the boxes and passes them to the packaging girls so they can grab those disgusting hot tamales and yet them in the box. Literally the only guy at my station who likes them is this old Venezuelan who just eats any that falls into the converial belt.

It's like a carbonated molasses mixed with Guinness. It's overwhelmingly sweet, but I've been drinking this stuff since I was a kid so I think I'm just accustomed to the taste. Almost everyone that I've let try it has hated it though.

I grew up in a really hispanic neighborhood so like my favorite candies were the spicy cinnamon ones. Another candy I love nobody seems to like is spiced tamarind. mmmm
