That's any cream of tomato soup, so long as it is well made, it is tasty.

I mean, even functional cream of tomato soup is good. Like it doesn't need embellishment, it naturally is a good foodstuff. So how about you fuck off, before I make your drop your coords and come fuck you up? In fact, delete this reply, NOW.

Okay, damn, these are some serious choices. You know your soup, I can tell that. I respect that, even. I must ask you though: What about potato and leek? Or, potato, leek and ham?

>> No.14569958

>>14569941
For some reason, I find tomato soup boring, even with basil added. I make my own soups. I don't buy cans. Coming up soon will be wild mushroom soup with loads of garlic.
Potato and leek is nice, I haven't tried it with ham for some reason. Next on my list. Smoked or unsmoked?
Try out a curried lentil soup. They are nice.

>> No.14569981

>>14569958
I always go for smoked, that way you're guaranteed flavor even if the ham isn't particularly high quality. As for ethnic soups, or borderline soups, I'm a great fan of the various dals, like dal tadka.

>>14569981
>dal tadka
I'm not having a go at you or being pretentious. Dal tadka is a dal (dhal, dahl) dish. It is a side dish for curries. It is way too thick to be a soup.

Look up lentil soup or curried lentil soup. There are so many of them. Dal has a more viscous consistency to it than soup. You could always use the dal and add stock or water and adjust the seasoning. Just trying to be helpful.
