I dislike the ketchup on the hashbrowns, but those eggs look very... fluffy. Are they powdered?

>> No.14538961

>>14538907
Nope, regular eggs with lots of white pepper. Do you put anything on hashbrowns? I only use ketchup on fires and hashbrowns

Meat, eggs and fruit. Are Dumbericans just weird or do they need sugar with everything they eat?

>> No.14538989

>>14538961
I usually just eat them plain. I'm not a big ketchup fan and only sometimes put it on fries.

>> No.14538996

Are you referring to fruit as sugar? You're a lot dumber than you think. I like the fruit as its a nice sweetness to contrast the bitterness of my coffee. I prefer to take it dark with no cream.

Eggs with a bit of sour cream and hummus on the side and a cup of coffee. On a soft food diet for surgery so no toast or hash.

Thanks. I tried baking the bacon in a cast iron skillet(someone suggested it in another thread) this time and it turned out really well. It also saved me the effort of constantly flipping it.

Fruit salad and a couple of fried eggs. I had a ton of leftover fruit from a get together so I combined strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, pluot, and kiwi and then topped it with lime zest, lime juice, and fresh mint.

I skip breakfast for intermittent fasting because I have body image issues

Perhaps skip lunch instead of breakfast? It's such a tired line, but breakfast is a great way to start the day. It helps get you started and in a great mood.

I never understood bacon as part of breakfast.
Seems too heavy and fatty and it doesn't contain that much more protein than say eggs, might as well just eat more eggs if you want high quality protein and fat.

Not judging just saying I really don't get it.
My breakfast is basically oatmeal porridge cooked in milk with a combination of fruits/seeds/nuts.
