Before the 'rona shut everything down again, I went to my local bar. Some of other regulars had a blended beer and told me to try it, so I did. It wasn't bad; it tasted like an IPA, but with no after bite and was pretty flat. Turns out, they mixed all 40 beers on tap.

They do the same thing with an excellent Baltic porter called Sinebrychoff Koff Porter, preferably mixing it with either lager, Olvi III or Karhu III. An old-timey favourite. A very respectable Englishman and one of the nicest people you'll ever meet introduced it to me as a student, for which I am very grateful.

>>14529026
... If you can get your hands on the porter, I highly recommend it the way it is.

... Incidentally, there is an interesting historical link with Guinness and Koff Porter.

Nitrogen is strongly attuned to the air element, while carbon dioxide is only 50% attuned to air
You're getting better elemental attunement out of nitrogenated beverages
