Man I miss Pork Green Chili. I used to eat at this dinner every morning when I was working there and they had this breakfast dish which was fried potatoes with onions and peppers and topped with pork green chili sauce.

>Mass
Great seafood, lobster and chowder are the stereotypes but it's good all around. Pizza's alright, mostly Greek style. We got some questionable but pretty good regional desserts like fluffernutter. We also invented frappes, which the rest of the nation now knows about because of Starbucks shit.

texas:
german food
>delicious, simple, most likely bavarian based dishes
Vietnamese food
>delicious, authentic, fresh

tx has a lot of veitnamese and German immigrants spread out across the state, which makes for great food culture.

Our second largest ethnic minority is Indian, and we have some nice Indian options throughout the state to show for it.

Have you ever actually had mexican food before? If you want california or new mexico style ok, but the Tex Mex fucking sucks. Ok Viet, mediocre Indian, weak taco trucks. And beaujo's sucks a dick. Decent brew pubs

What? there is like six in the greater denver area and its a huge fucking city.
There is that place in nederland that is really pretty impressive but I would hardly say that colorado has much indian food.
