The best is probably Southern California with all the good Mexican and Asian food plus the normal American fare and fine dining.

I'm from TX but I spent a bunch of time in FL last year for work. In my personal experience:

-Publix is neat but by no means some kind of religious shopping experience you guys make it out to be
-You have some very good seafood, but most everything I had was literally floating in butter
-The Jamaican place by my hotel was dogshit and I don't know why I went more than once
-My coworker dared me to try an impossible Whopper in West Palm Beach. I know it has nothing to do with Florida, but it was ok. Tasted like an elementary school cafeteria burger.
-The Marlins stadium is literally in the middle of Little Havana, like across from houses with goats and chickens running around in the yard
-Florida Man (and woman) is a very real thing. Sometimes hilariously so, sometimes very scary. I had to deal with them pretty much every day.
-You all drive the fastest of anyone else in the country, and I've been all over the place
-You have a healthy mix of really good and different foods from all over the world, but I really didn't have anything that really blew me away
