I'm thinking of starting a McDonald's franchise. is it a good idea? I have a land on a town with rapid progress.

McDick's franchise requires 90 million pesos that I have right now. problem is, it took me 15 years to gain that money. it's literally my life savings. i'd probably shoot myself if my franchise turns out to be failure

on the other hand I'm thinking of starting a gas station + 711 franchise. which is cheaper than mc dicks it only requires 3 million pesos on chevron gas station and 2 million 711 branch all in all 5 million vs mcdick's 90 million.

the only three things I would get from McDonald's would be the filet'o'fish, apple pie, and coffee. Everything else is just abhorrent. Note that I am not from the US, and our filet'o'fish actually tastes good. When I was in the US, I ordered one because it was the only thing available at 2 AM and it tasted like cardboard in comparison
