A few weeks ago a driver picked up my burger & coffee from a store about 5 minutes away from my house (I didn't feel like fucking about getting dressed and driving out), then instead of spending the 5 minutes it would have taken to do the delivery, he drove off to his house and sat there for nearly an hour. Then had the fucking nerve to actually deliver the order.
