The "problem" is most of the US has barely been hit at all yet because our initial lockdown was rather effective, but the media narratives of the whole thing have been super dumb and media people are really bad with scientific and statistical data. So its super plausible, likely even, that you have visited very many homes without getting hit yet, especially if you don't live in the NYC area, which is really the only place it has been common in the US to this point

But now people are sick of the lockdown so its going to come to all these places that barely got hit initially

I guess I'd make a facebook page/twitter, maybe an Instagram? And then from there I'd just post pictures of food and whatever the hell specials were going on or whatever? The 'sticky' or front post would include an imagine of the menu and some text about store hours so people wouldn't have to hunt them down.
I'd make 100% sure Google Map's knew I existed as quickly as humanely possible, that my most 'active' website was linked on there, and that my store hours were accurate.

Other than that I don't know what I could do beyond just making good food that people like and keep coming back for.
I think, gun to my head, that if I had to start a restaurant I'd probably open "yet another" greasy burger place: burgers, fries, onion rings, milkshakes, maybe even chilli and *sloppy joes? Ideally, I'd like the kind of sit-down or drive-thru establishment where tradesmen would come in every lunch rush in their vans and trucks.

*I don't think I've seen a restaurant unironically ever try to sell people sloppy joes before.
