All the flavors of tried from favorite to least favorite. I think Cheez-It has done a great job of making sure not release any bad flavors. Even my least favorite flavor is still pretty good.

Cheese Nips to me always were nice and crumbly, I always liked their texture compared to the snap of a Cheese It. I also think Cheese Nips taste more like actual cheddar cheese vs. Cheese It.
I had Cheese Nips throughout the 2000s and especially the 2010 years, so I dunno about the recipe personally.

I've noticed this too. I guess it has to do with the powder on the outside but they're rarely as crisp as the normal ones.

Interestingly, I've noticed the same problem with cheddar sour cream flavored Lays. They're not soggy but they're usually not as a crisp as the other flavors.

This, and it was really disappointing finding this out. Where I am in Canada, all I could ever find in my life was Cheese Nips but I would always see commercials on American channels for Cheezits. I always thought Cheese Nips were just the crappy off brand of them and I was missing out on the real thing. Finally a few months ago Cheez its randomly show up in my store and they are just slightly worse than Cheese Nips for me. Shattered my entire life's perspective.

That being said, I've only had the original and some crappy ranch flavored ones.

Am I the only one that thinks the xtra toasty aren't toasty enough? I could use a bit more toasty. Pepper jack and provolone are my favorite non original or toasty. The hot n spicy were good.
