The problem is that if you kick out a black guy, for example, for a completely acceptable reason, you can still be sued for discrimination. Then you'd have to fight in court why you kicked them out, while they simply have to say it's because of their skin color or any other of those protected categories. It's a hassle, it costs legal fees, and there's a chance you could lose. Generally not worth it.
