Fasting. OMAD at first but now that I work I do light breakfast and eat lunch before my shift. Your weight does fluctuate a little day by day so don't get discouraged if one afternoon you've magically gained two pounds.
Are you checking all your calories? It's really easy to go over due to liquid calories or stealth high calorie food. I don't count to the number but I always round up (i.e: one egg is 80 I count it as 100) that way for harder to count meals I'm usually fine
If you're short 1500 might not be a major deficit so your progress could also be slowed by that

I bought a cheap exercise bike on amazon and I get on it 40 minutes a day usually just monday through friday. Did try to do some walking but paranoid to walk everyday because back in 2014, I ended up with a 2 week cold and sore throat plus coughing because I accidentally ran into someone's sneeze cloud.

Basically some sick looking man was jogging in front of me and sneezed and I ran into his sneeze cloud.

Like I could smell his salvia from his sneeze and fuck, ended up catching a bad cold.

Took 2 weeks for my nose and throat to go back to normal.

Sorry if nobody could understand what I mean by sneeze cloud but have you ever sneezed and then quickly walked in front of where you sneezed and detected the smell of you saliva and breath? That is what I mean by sneeze cloud.

Yeah, basically don't want to catch Coronavirus from a stranger. I never enjoyed recovering from the flu or the cold.

And we'll, even though my life isn't really great, I don't think I want to die from a virus right now because it would make my parents sad.
