Had some leftover chicken and mashed potatoes. Made some Caesar salad to go with it.

I made a pizza from scratch, own dough, own sauce. Regular cheese i guess.

I am a little embarrased, the cheese burnt a bit on the edges and the dough rose too much and all the cheese and sauce fell into middle, but it did rise this time, usually my dough doens't rise at all and goes all goopy. This is a win for me, a step on the road to a good pizza, next time I know how to improve it and it'll be better.

It was pretty tasty though, the sauce (not pictured) was decent. Passata with herbs left in the fridge for a few days, it was really nice, I like a saucy pizza.

Leftovers as well. let the steak get to room temperature and then heated my flour tortilla and heated my onion pepper fajita sauce mix with the steak in between.
