I mostly like what my wife makes for table salsa. It's just roasted jalapenos, minced garlic, tomato, and salt. Homemade chips are the best, too. You can't buy them thick enough at the store.

chips i don't care too much about. xochitl are good. i dont mind tostitos. the full size tostitos are the best cause they're the saltiest.
salsa i'm more picky about. pic related is my all time favorite salsa (its a small family owned restaurant in fort worth but they ship nationwide now, or at least most of the nation)
for more name brand shit, i like the tostitos restaurant style one. jack's is good (these are in plastic containers in fridges at the store). desert pepper is good, specifically the cantina one. clint's is good.
i grew up in texas and have lived in DC for a while now. my store selection is shit here for the most part but i make do.
