Black fucking sucks for anything other than stuff like ceviche or molcajete.
Red is the best and goes on/IN literally anything.
Fruits, vegetables, seafood, soups, you name it.
Pairs best with lime juice and salt if you'd like.

My favorite lazy ways to use it are a couple squirts in maruchan/nissin, throwing imitation crab in a bowl with a couple squirts of this and dousing it in lime juice, or cutting up most any fruit of veggie of your choice drizzling the sauce over with some lime juice and salting.

I tried a small sample of this hot sauce called "The End" once that was supposed to be like absurdly hot but when I tried it it was only like, 10x more intense than squirting sriracha down my throat. Definitely spicy to be sure, but I was expecting to be in intense debilitating pain, which I absolutely was not. But it unironically tasted good. I'm tempted to buy a bottle some time and actually use it on something.

Here it is. Combination of birds eye chillies and ramirez peppers, fermented with a bit of garlic for about 2 weeks. Then blended together with a bit of thyme, oregano, marjoram, 3tbsp of vinegar, 2 tsp of sugar, 3 tsp of salt. Quite hot on the tongue but doesn’t burn the lips, and the ramirez peppers give it a bit of a fruity pepper aroma so it’s not just heat.

This shit is great, and so is the black label version (spicier). It hits the perfect combination for me of spice and acid. It has this weird effect where if I use just enough of it, it makes me hungrier/more appetized with every bite.
Also it is DIRT fucking cheap. Like you can get a 12oz bottle of this for the same price as 4oz of cholula or crystal.
