When I try to eat this way I feel like I’m starving all the time and I look pale and have bags under my eyes. Then I eat a meal of fast food and I feel like color rushes into my face and I look better. Its really strange, I can never find the right healthy foods to give me that “full” feeling that greasy food gives me. Like a big bowl of oat meal makes me feel kind of nauseous but I still really want to eat a cookie or something to feel totally “full”.
