Smoked some ribs today, for 9 damn hours, lol. They usually take about 6 hours but it was humid and I choked off the intake a little too much, but honestly 9 hours came out fucking perfect.
Used the snake method, 2x2, added a bunch of mesquite chips, let the whole snake burn took about 9.5 hours. Used kosmos q killer honey bee rub. Came out fucking amazing.
