melt some chocolate, stir in some yolks, fold in some egg whites whipped to stiff peaks with a bit of sugar, fold in some whipped cream, then let chill in the fridge for a few hours.

Scrambled with fresh diced produce, like tomatoes and jalapenos, with some tapatio. Generally I'll top it over quinoa or just brown rice to make it more like a meal.

I like liquid-ey yolk because it makes think of some kinda cheesy sauce. I love me a poached egg with ramen salt + black pepper on a toasted half bagel with cream cheese. Or sunny-side up instead of poached. Poached is probably better with the bagel because its softer
