Picked up a couple of these for 99c a bottle via Amazon fresh. What am I in for? Red or green on my grilled cheese?

This is my absolute favourite hot sauce. I discovered it while working at Snooze in San Antonio. It's so, so good. If you can get your hands on it, it's worth every penny. Perfect consistency, nice heat, and it has a really nice finish. I could eat it with everything savoury.
