I want to try and make my own egg noodles. It seems pretty hard to fuck up but any tips? Ive thought things were easy before and they werent.

My tip is to toss everything in a food processor instead of mixing by hand. It's satisfying when the dough conglomerates into a big clean ball with a crisp "whop!" sound.
