I live in the 21st century, so I use a nonstick pan. I only use soft utensils on them like wooden spoons and rubber spatulas because I'm not a dumb fuck. My eggs definitely did NOT stick to the pan this morning. I could have thrown them in there dry as a bone with no oil, fat, or anything and they wouldn't stick.
