Your overall OP tells me you’re trying to paint your mother as awful while you’re some kind of thumb-sucking babe in arms. I find that immediately suspicious. I suspect your mother is just busy and you, in some strange (possibly Oedipal but certainly infant-like) rage have decided she isn’t paying you enough attention.

Here’s my advice if your OP is genuinely motivated (which I still don’t think it is):

1. Move out.
2. Stop asking your mother to do your shopping. You want something - get it yourself and spend your own money on it. I see no good reason why your mother should have to add your arbitrary demands to her shopping budget.
3. Go in your kitchen and cook her a nice surprise meal. Recipes are easy enough to follow, and the fact you need your mummy to hold your hand and “show you” speaks volumes.
4. Failing all the above, go look for a local cooking class. They’re always around and easy enough to find. If you think your mother should go shop for you according to your whims, I’m sure you’ll be able to find the money for at least one class seeing as money doesn’t appear that big a deal to you.
