Throw a tortilla in the oven at 425, let it warm up till the middle just starts crisping. Pull it out and add your sauce cheese and whatever throw it back in until your cheese melts and starts to brown or you're crust gets to the desired crunch. Not too complicated and it takes about 15 minutes at most to make but it's good.

I messed up. I'm not entirely sure where the point of failure was, this wasn't good.

After thoroughly kneading my pizza dough into a soft little ball, I pour just a little olive oil at the bottom of the bowl, placed my dough on it, and covered it up to rise, but two hours later I didn't move it to the fridge. I left it out for like 6-7 hours. After those 6-7 hours, I decided to make a pizza out of it. I could smell the olive oil. It had a strong odor. When I put the dough in the fridge, it never gets this strong. Anyways, I ended up making it into a pizza, came out looking good, but a part of the pizza had a strong vinegar-like taste that I couldn't enjoy.

I want to say that I didn't use too much olive oil to prevent the dough from sticking to the bowl, but I might've. Either that or leaving it out at room temperature is what makes it go bad. I've learned from this experience. I won't let either of those happen again.

i got really drunk last night and put leftover chicken curry on pizza dough, topped with mozzarella cheese, and i actually really enjoyed it.

also, i thought about using a plate weight instead of my broken pizza stone or buying a steel. i'm just worried about the two inch whole in the center, thinking that it will collapse.
