As others pointed out, the coin thing is really only there to get lazy people to put the cart back where it's supposed to go instead of leaving it in the parking lot. Some of the stores around here also have devices on the carts that lock the wheels once they get a certain distance from the store. Those carts are worth like a couple of hundred bucks and niggers will steal them for all kinds of nigger reasons.
