What are some high protein vegan breakfasts that aren't smoothies fortified with vegan protein powders?

The "vegan" in the OP image eats eggs.
He also entirely built his physique eating steak and fish. Admits it openly. As long as vegans eat a lot of steak, fish and eggs I'm pretty sure I'm vegan myself.

He ate a carton of eggs like 3 years ago. That physique was entirely built on pea protein and vegan steroids.

>> No.13692574

Steroid users lie all the time about being natural, especially those who are in the fitness industry who use their physique to earn a living. And guess what? If they'll lie about being natural, they'll also lie about being vegan if it'll increase their income. Not only are they using steroids, but a lot of them are probably not even vegan lmao

I unironically lift more than 90% of everyone at my college gym, and I have no problems posting my body, but I know it would just create a shit storm of troll replies, because this isn't my first day posting bod.

Kind of funny that vegans always use this though, knowing that on average, meat eaters are generally more muscular than vegans, just in the general sense. Like for every muscular vegan, you'll find 50 yolked meatheads in the gym, and for every scrawny vegan, you'll find 40 regular dudes, 5 strong dudes, and 5 scrawny dudes, so already meat eaters are winning by the numbers game alone.

I don't even have anything against vegans. I just don't think they really have a leg to stand on when it comes to their "look at muh muscular exception" psyops.

You can get TVP, seitan, any meat alternatives, etc. for more protein. If you want to skip processed foods altogether then you have to eat a lot of beans/nuts. Peanut butter is good.

But TVP/seitan/tofu aren't very breakfasty, and neither are beans, really. Nuts have a ton of calories for the amount of protein they contain. The best breakfast food I've figured out so far is soy yogurt, which has like 5-10 grams of protein for ~50 calories.

Just eat bugs they have no feelings or souls.
Vegans already kill thousands of tardigrades just by drinking water, not to mention all the pests they have to genocide for their non-gmo vegan food. Honestly there is no good ethnical reason to not eat insects. If you eat vegan food you already have the blood of millions of arthropod bros on your hands. There is no moral reason for not eating insects, there is no such thing as ethical consumption. There is also no such thing ass a vegan from birth.

Oatmeal either warm cooked in cashew milk or overnight oats in banana milk.

Top with fruit, nuts, shredded coconut whatever. Maybe a dairy free whipped cream.

Have with maybe some toast or a grapefruit on this side, theirs dairy free Greek yogurt that's not bad.

I identify as a vegan.
I love animals.
That's why I'm on a carnivore diet.

You see, veganism is not about avoiding animal products.
It's about what you, as an individual, can do to exclude cruelty and exploitation to animals - as far as is possible and practicable.
But a vegan diet is just not very practicable.
Studies have shown that 84% of people quit this diet within 5 years.
Even Mahatma Gandhi was an ex-vegan.

I am aware that my diet involves death.
But unlike my plant-based brethren, I don't deny this fact.
I feel guilty about the annual deaths of two grass-fed cows and the insects they eat.

Pesticides kill 20.000 humans every year.
They have destroyed 75% of the world's insect biomass, half of bird species and 30% of all amphibious species.
Innocent earthworms are tortured to death by chemical fertilizers.
Millions of rodents are brutally murdered by combine harvesters.
Starving pigs and rabbits are shot to protect crops - only to satisfy our greed.
Only a speciecist would deny this holocaust.

Plant-based agriculture directly supports the enslavement of domestic bees (for pollination) and cows (for the production of fertilizers).
Did you know that, due to pollination, the production of almond milk causes 32.000 more animal deaths per calorie than cow's milk?
About 70 million children are forced to work in agriculture.

Setting up a home garden is not very practicable for me.
On the other hand, it's easy to visit a local farm and buy a grazing cow that will receive an instantaneous death.
My diet is uncomplicated - I always know where my food is coming from.
I can feel relieved that I'm not responsible for any possible cruelty involved in crop harvest.

Veganism is not about being perfect, it's about doing the best you can.
Save the bees.
Go carnivore.

See, this is why you faggots are mentally ill retards. You say veganism is about ethics, but as soon as someone questions your zero animal products ideology you immediately make textbook responses to blame animal agriculture for everything.
The next thing you're going to say is how this isn't sustainable for everyone, which by the way, vegan diets aren't either.
