Literally all those things are stabilizers or vitamins. Do you even know how to cook, or do you spam mcchicken posts?

Tbh I wouldnt eat these donuts because I never liked them, and they taste like junk, but literally 100% of those ingredients are either a type of sugar, a type of stabilizer, a coloring (which they even use natural coloring), and vitamins. Also literally everything causes cancer. Oxygen causes cancer if you live long enough.

Most likely a mix in which amylase is the primary ingredient. Traditional baking often involves fermentation steps that are time and labor intensive and require someone with an IQ over 60 to follow properly. So if you're trying to crank out several semi-trucks worth of baked goods to be sprayed with propelyne glyocol anyway and then wrapped in plastic and thrown on a shelf there's no reason to do all that since it's going to taste like shit anyway. Instead use packaged chemicals and it's close enough.

Incidentally the same logic applies to pretty much everything on that list. "No one will notice if we take shortcuts, certainly not OUR customers".
